Inspect the outer parcel and visible items before sharing your delivery OTP. Keep sealed grocery, food and hygiene products unopened.
Returns & refunds
Eligible unused, unopened products can be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Grocery, packaged food, personal care, hygiene and cleaning essentials are not returnable. Refunds are reviewed by support and may require manual payment-gateway processing.
Pre-dispatch cancellation
You can cancel pending, confirmed or packed orders from My Orders before dispatch. Prepaid refunds are reviewed by our support team.
